Insulation paint - Super THERM
Super Therm is only insulation paint available in the world which contains three different types of special ceramic in Urethane and Acrylic Emulsion.

One test showed a reduction in room temperature of 12 degrees Celsius when a factory roof was painted with Super Therm and the other showed a 75 saving in alectricity costs for cooling. This is because the painting thickness of only 180 microns had same effect as 15-20 centimetres of glass fibre insulation.

This product is now being considered by many world-wide industries as it saves energy consumption by reducing the cost of cooling and also helping to meet the environmental regulation standard ISO14000.

The three special ceramics contained in Super Therm are chosen form 600 different types tested by NASA's Marshall Space Centre. Wach pardele of ceramic is very similar in size and the unique mixing technique ensures the ceramics spread evenly when painted. The safety of the product is also approved by the USDA(building regulations for the food industry in the USA), therefore the paint can also be used in the food industry.

Main Coating Usage

Roofs and walls

Rust Grip - supplied in 19 ltr cans (25 kgs)
Rust Grip is a Polyurethane paint which uses a single part system with the process of hardening after absorbing the moisture in the atmosphere. Because of its very strong adhesive qualities it has high resistance to abrasives shock, solvents and chemicals.
Rust Grip can easily penetrate even into rusted metal surfaces and adhere to the surface tightly, preventing further oxidization. It is therefore quite effective in replacing the conventional anti-corrosion agent formulated with zinc.
Polymer, formulated in Rust Grip as a major component, is of lower viscosity which can penetrate into an oxidized corrosive area and make it easy to access the protected surface. This swells into a porous space on the surface and whilst hardening, adheres tightly like an interlocking structure.
Main components Aromatic Polyurethane (contains no heavy metal, Pb and Cr) and aluminium
Solid Contents 45%
Drying Time Touch-dry 45 minutes, second coating between after 45 mins and before 4 hours
Coating Area Coverage 4.8-9.8 square metres per ltr
Film thickness 50-100 microns
Viscosity 123 cp

Super Base - supplied in 19 ltr cans (26 kgs)
Super Base is elastomer type emulsion paint containing a water-based acrylic resin as the main component which has superior adhesion, waterproof, weatherproof and pliability.
Other than metal surfaces, it can be used as a primer for Super Therm and for painting surfaces of tar, asphalt, various roofing materials and wood.
Solid Contents 50% (volume) 65% (weight)
Drying Time Touch-dry I hour, second coat after 4 hours, Totally dry after 7 days
Coating Area Coverage 2.45 sq mtr per litre
Film thickness 350 microns (when wet) 175 microns (when dry)
Viscosity 3400 cp

Enamo Grip - supplied in 16 ltr sets
Enamo Grip is a Polyurethane enamel paint which uses a 2 parts system with the process of harden;ing after absorbing the moisture in the atmosphere. This is used as a top coat for Super Therm or Rust Grip to increase the resistance to dust, water, weather and chemicals. It has the ability to self-level therefore it long lasting glossy finish and is therefore suitable as a floor coating.
The mixing ratio of base material to hardening agent is 3:1.
Basic components Organic polyurethane (Pb and Zn are nat used)
Solid component 44% in volume
Coating Area Coverag 6 sq mtr per ltr
Film thicknes 150-200 microns (when wet) 60-90 microns (when dry)
Drying time Touch-dry I hour, second coat after 2 hours, totally dry, 4 hrs
